How to Make a New Year's Noise Maker - Materials
What You Need: 
  • Water Bottle
  • Scrap Wrapping Paper
  • Scrap Ribbon (optional)
  • Dried Beans/Popcorn
  • Scissors
  • Glue
What You Do: 
  1. Make sure water bottle is dry inside. Put some dried beans/popcorn inside.
  2. Put a little glue in the lid and screw it on.
  3. Measure the wrapping paper to fit the bottle.
  4. Glue the wrapping paper onto the bottle.
  5. Add ribbon if you like.
